01Who we are and what this covers
A4 Consulting LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains our handling of personal information when you visit thea4consulting.com or an A4-hosted page that links to this policy, enquire about our services, receive our communications, or otherwise interact with our business.
“A4,” “we,” “our” and “us” mean A4 Consulting LLC. Our services include software development, outsourcing, growth services and advisory. We primarily serve customers in the United States.
This policy concerns information we manage for our own business purposes. If a client asks us to process information on its behalf as part of a project, the client’s instructions and the applicable service and data-processing agreements govern that work. Requests concerning that information should normally be directed to the client.

02Information you give us
The information we receive depends on how you interact with A4. It may include:
- Contact and business details: your name, company, role, email address, phone number and mailing address.
- Project and relationship details: requirements, proposed budgets, timelines, proposals, contracts, service history, billing contacts and correspondence.
- Messages and preferences: questions, feedback, meeting details, communication preferences and records of consent or opt-out requests.
- Other material you choose to send: for example, a résumé, survey response or supporting project document.
Please provide only information needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, health records or other sensitive information through an ordinary email enquiry or the project calculator. We can discuss an appropriate method if a project requires sensitive information.
03Advisor questionnaire
The Ask Advisor questionnaire asks about your service needs, project readiness, budget, timing and business contact details. Answers help prioritize enquiries using a simple qualification score. The form keeps answers in page memory until you choose to submit. On submission, your answers, qualification score and contact details are sent to FormSubmit to deliver your enquiry to A4 by email. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Follow-up preferences are recorded with your enquiry; submission does not itself start an automated marketing sequence. Booking a call opens Google Calendar, which handles the booking under its own privacy practices. Optional marketing choices are separate from your enquiry.
04Your project calculator answers
The A4 project calculator uses your selections in your browser to calculate an indicative cost and timeline. Its current application does not submit those answers to an A4 database or save them in browser storage; refreshing or leaving the page may clear them.
“Discuss My Project” opens your email application with a prepared project summary. A4 receives that summary if you choose to send the email. Your email provider handles the draft and transmission under its own terms and privacy practices.
The calculator’s browser-based operation does not prevent hosting providers from processing ordinary connection information when you load the page. Avoid entering confidential client or personal information in free-text fields.
05Website data and external resources
When you visit our website, hosting and infrastructure providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, access times, referring URLs and security or error logs to deliver and protect the site.
Our current hosted pages use Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare-powered hosting. They also request fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google and sends connection information such as your IP address. Technology logos are loaded from the jsDelivr content delivery network, which also receives ordinary connection information when your browser requests those assets. These providers may process information under their own applicable policies as well as their service arrangements.
We use tawk.to to provide live chat. The chat service may process messages, contact details you provide, browser and device information, IP address, page visits and cookies or similar identifiers to deliver chat and related visitor features. Do not submit sensitive personal information through chat. See the tawk.to privacy policy at https://www.tawk.to/privacy-policy/ for its practices. The website does not embed advertising pixels. Other business channels or third-party services you choose to use may have different technology and notices.
06Sources and business service providers
We obtain information directly from you and from people who refer you to A4 or communicate on your organization’s behalf. Public professional information and communications through social networks may also help us respond to a business enquiry.
Depending on the interaction, we may use providers for email and customer relationship management, hosting, scheduling, customer support, analytics, marketing communications, messaging, payment processing and professional administration. Such providers receive the information needed for their role. A tool’s availability does not mean every visitor uses it or that each category is active on every A4 page.
If you use a third-party booking, social, payment or communication service, review its notice at the point of use. We do not treat ordinary use of our website or calculator as consent to promotional text messages.
07Why we use information
We use information to respond to requests, understand proposed projects, prepare estimates and agreements, deliver and support services, manage business relationships, arrange meetings, invoice and maintain records, improve our offerings, and protect our website and operations.
We may also use contact details to send relevant business communications, subject to your choices and applicable requirements. Other purposes include preventing fraud, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements and complying with legal obligations. If a new use requires additional notice or permission, we will provide it before that use.
08When information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed to team members, contractors and service providers who need it to support our business or your project. It may also be disclosed when you direct us to do so, in connection with a business reorganization or transfer, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate misuse, or protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information for money or provide it to third parties for their own marketing. Mobile numbers, text-message consent and opt-in records are not shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting delivery of our messages may process those records for that service.
The current hosted site does not use cross-context advertising pixels. If we introduce processing that constitutes a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under an applicable state law, we will update the relevant disclosures and provide the legally required choices before doing so.
09Cookies and your browser choices
Hosting, security or third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies where needed to operate their services. The current A4 application does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies and does not use local storage to retain calculator answers.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies or resources may affect third-party functionality. If we add optional tracking, we will describe its purposes and provide any choices required by applicable law. We do not use a general browser “Do Not Track” signal as a substitute for specific privacy choices. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will honor that requirement.
10Email and text-message preferences
You can request an end to promotional emails by using an available unsubscribe link or contacting info@thea4consulting.com. We may still send messages needed to respond to you, administer an existing relationship or meet legal obligations.
If you separately opt in to an A4 text-message program, it may include service updates, meeting reminders and promotions described at enrollment. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Unless you initiate a conversation, messages will not exceed one per day. Carrier message and data charges may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of an active text program, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact info@thea4consulting.com. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. Text-message enrollment and consent records are handled as described in this policy.
11Retention and protection
We retain information for the time reasonably needed for its purpose, including responding to enquiries, managing client relationships, meeting accounting or legal obligations, addressing disputes and keeping records of privacy choices. The period depends on the type of record, the relationship and applicable requirements; it is not a single period for every category.
We use safeguards designed to limit inappropriate access, disclosure or loss. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to legal holds and backup retention cycles. Where required, we provide notice of security incidents under applicable law.
12Where information may be processed
Information may be stored or accessed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers or authorized delivery teams operate. Privacy laws may differ between locations. We remain responsible for meeting the obligations that apply to our handling of the information and use appropriate contractual or other safeguards where required.
13Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on your state of residence and whether its law applies to A4 and the processing involved, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and opt out of specified sales, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. Some laws also provide rights concerning sensitive information, authorized agents or an appeal of a denied request.
Send a request to info@thea4consulting.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” or write to the mailing address below. Describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may verify your identity and, when an agent acts for you, their authority. Do not email identity documents or sensitive identifiers unless we arrange an appropriate verification method.
We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or exception. If your request is denied, you may ask us to review the decision by emailing the same address with “Privacy Appeal.” Where applicable, we will explain further complaint options. We do not retaliate against you for exercising a legally protected privacy right.
These rights can have exceptions, including records required for legal obligations, security or an ongoing contract. Our choice of Wyoming law in the website terms does not remove mandatory privacy protections that apply to you.
14Children and third-party websites
Our business website and services are intended for adults acting in a professional capacity, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. This policy does not govern their independent collection or use of information.
15Updates and how to contact us
We may update this policy as our services, practices or legal obligations change. The dates at the top identify this version. Material changes will be communicated as required by law; an updated policy does not itself authorize a materially different use of previously collected information where additional permission is required.
