01About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of thea4consulting.com and A4-hosted website pages that link to them, including our project cost calculator. The website is operated by A4 Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“A4,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent an enforceable agreement is formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use it. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf. The site is intended for adults seeking information about business services.

02Website information and client engagements

The website introduces A4 Software, A4 Outsourcing, A4 Growth and A4 Advisory. Descriptions, capabilities and example solutions are general information and may change. Items identified as case-study placeholders are illustrative concepts, not claims of completed client work or achieved results.

A website visit, calculator result or enquiry does not create a service contract, reserve a team or require A4 to accept a project. An engagement begins under a separately agreed proposal, statement of work or service agreement.

That agreement should specify scope, fees, payment timing, milestones, acceptance, cancellation, refunds, confidentiality, data handling, intellectual-property ownership and any warranties. These website terms do not replace it. If there is a conflict concerning paid services, the applicable signed service agreement controls.

03Calculator estimates and enquiries

The project calculator provides a provisional planning range in US dollars using the assumptions displayed with it. It is not a binding quote, offer, appraisal or guaranteed schedule. Its inputs cannot capture every integration, security, accessibility, compliance or operational requirement.

Final cost and timing require discovery, agreed requirements and confirmation of availability. Unless expressly included in a written agreement, planning ranges exclude ongoing hosting, third-party charges, taxes, support, content creation, data migration and separately scoped specialist work. Additional notes entered into the calculator do not automatically add a priced allowance.

To request a proposal, use the project enquiry link or email info@thea4consulting.com. An email link opens your own email application; you decide whether to send it. No payment is collected by the calculator.

04Using the website responsibly

You may use the site to learn about A4, assess a potential business relationship and make lawful enquiries. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to provide and for having permission to share it.

Do not use the site to impersonate someone, submit unlawful or infringing material, send spam, distribute malicious code, circumvent access controls, obtain information without authorization, or interfere with other visitors or the operation of the service. Automated activity must not bypass restrictions or impose an unreasonable load.

Do not submit another person’s confidential or sensitive information without the necessary authority. Contact us before sending material that requires a confidentiality agreement or a secure transfer process.

05Content and intellectual property

A4 and its licensors retain their rights in the website’s branding, text, original visual assets, design and software, subject to applicable law and any third-party or open-source licenses. Website access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to use A4’s name or logo as your own or imply our endorsement.

You may view the site and keep a reasonable copy of a calculator summary for evaluating your project. Other reproduction, redistribution or commercial reuse requires permission unless a license or applicable law allows it. Do not remove ownership notices.

You retain rights you hold in material you send us. You authorize us to use it as reasonably necessary to review and respond to your enquiry. Ownership and licenses for paid project deliverables are determined by the relevant service agreement.

06Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and privacy requests. Using the site does not, by itself, give consent to optional marketing or text-message programs.

External websites, email applications, font services and other third-party resources may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not imply that A4 endorses the destination or controls its content or availability. Review the terms of a third-party service before using it or providing information.

You may link to our public pages in a truthful way that does not suggest an unauthorized relationship or endorsement. Do not frame or present A4 content in a deceptive way.

07Communications and optional SMS

We may respond to an enquiry using the contact details you provide. Promotional email preferences can be changed through an available unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting info@thea4consulting.com.

If you separately enroll in an A4 SMS program, the program may provide service notices, appointment reminders or the promotions described when you opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a service. Unless you initiate a conversation, messages will not exceed one per day; carrier message and data charges may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or email info@thea4consulting.com. Delivery depends on telecommunications services and is not guaranteed. The website and calculator do not automatically enroll you in text messaging.

08Availability and access restrictions

We may update, suspend or discontinue website features, including the calculator, for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will be error-free, current or compatible with every device. Changes to the website do not cancel or modify obligations under a separate client agreement.

09Website disclaimers

The website and its general information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, A4 disclaims implied warranties concerning the free website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant a business outcome or savings from using website information.

Use your own judgment when relying on general website content. The calculator is an aid to discussion, not a substitute for requirements analysis or professional advice. Nothing in these terms overrides an express commitment made in an applicable signed service agreement or a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10Liability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, A4 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the free website, including lost profits, lost opportunities or interruption of business. Liability for paid services is addressed in the applicable service agreement.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful website use, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these terms. This responsibility does not extend to losses caused by A4’s own unlawful conduct.

11Wyoming law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without applying conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Before bringing a dispute, please contact info@thea4consulting.com so we can try to resolve the concern. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or venue rules, disputes concerning these website terms may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and the parties submit to those courts’ jurisdiction.

These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of a right that applicable law makes non-waivable. A separately signed service agreement may contain its own dispute-resolution terms.

12Updates and general provisions

We may revise these terms and will update the date shown above. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date, subject to any notice or acceptance required by law. Review the current version when you return to the site.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These terms govern website use only; they do not supersede a separate confidentiality, service or data-processing agreement.
